Designation : Store Incharge & QC Executive

Timing : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Half an hour lunch break)

ITI Electronics or Computer or COPA (Computer Operator and Programming Assistant) or Diploma Electronics and communications

Job description:

- Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing stock replenishment.
- Storage Management: Ensure proper storage of materials, including adherence to safety guidelines and standards.
- Oversee the receipt of goods, including verification of quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Manage the dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to the designated locations.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain records of all store transactions, including stock inwards and outwards, damaged goods, and returns.
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and assessments, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain quality control records, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Ensure all products meet regulatory and company-specific quality standards before approval for dispatch or production.
- Identify and resolve quality-related issues, collaborating with relevant departments to implement improvements.
- Suggest and implement improvements in the quality control processes and procedures.
