Outlet Incharge

This role involves overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring food quality and safety, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. The Incharge will play a key role in achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and upholding the standards of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Open and close the outlet according to established procedures.
- Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and place orders as needed.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all food items to prevent spoilage and waste.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate outlet staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and other team members.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback, coaching, and disciplinary action when necessary.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
- Customer Service:

- Ensure that all customers receive high-quality food and excellent service.
- Lead by example in providing friendly and efficient customer interactions.

Pay: ₹9,546.85 - ₹19,500.65 per month
