Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Incharge located in Surat. The Plant Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the textile plant. This includes managing staff, ensuring quality control, scheduling and coordinating production activities, supervising maintenance, and maintaining a safe work environment. The Plant Incharge will also be responsible for monitoring production processes, implementing improvement strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in production planning and control
  • Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and quality control techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to production management
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, or related field
  • Experience in the textile industry is a plus
