Role & responsibilities

Product Delivery

  • Execute pouring at site after checking all necessary infrastructure and safety guidelines are met and report in case of any variations
  • Perform slump monitoring, cube casting, ensure efficient curing of concrete and coordinate with Plant QC Incharge in case of any issues
  • Track and monitor all variations from initial requirement to actual executions at site on the quality parameters and manpower related issues (if any)
  • Coordinate for pump placement and pumping operations at site

Customer Management

  • Interact with customers during the execution and gather the feedback
  • Resolve problems on site pertaining to pumping, pouring and labour handling and escalate non-resolvable issues

Safety

  • Ensuring Road safety during transit and site visit
  • Ensuring site safety and adherence to UTCL safety standards.
