The Site In-Charge is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations at the steel plant project site. This includes ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of the contract work while managing site teams and liaising with client representatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Site Supervision & Execution**:

- Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Supervise mechanical, electrical, or fabrication works (depending on project scope).
- **Team & Resource Management**:

- Lead and manage the workforce, including contract labor and skilled technicians.
- Ensure optimal deployment of manpower, machinery, and materials at site.
- Maintain daily attendance, productivity, and work allocation records.
- **Quality Control & Safety**:

- Ensure all works meet quality standards and specifications as per client requirements.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety norms and PPE usage at the worksite.
- Conduct safety briefings/toolbox talks and report near-misses/accidents.
- **Client Coordination**:

- Serve as the single point of contact between the site and client representatives.
- Attend site meetings, resolve on-site issues, and provide progress updates.
- Ensure documentation and compliance as per contractual obligations.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Material Receipt Notes (MRN), and labor reports.
- Prepare and submit work progress, productivity, and cost control reports.
- Ensure timely billing support and measurement book (MB) entries.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of steel plant processes and industrial project execution
- Working knowledge of project drawings, safety norms, and QA/QC standards
- Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
- Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
