**Job Title**: Site Incharge - MSW Operations

**Location**:Vapi (with possibility of future transfer as per business requirement)

**1. JOB PURPOSE**:
The Site Incharge is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the municipal solid waste (MSW) processing site’s operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance. This role involves managing production processes, maintenance activities, and the deployment of workforce and equipment. The incumbent will ensure operational targets and quality standards are achieved, while maintaining detailed reporting. The Site Incharge will also coordinate closely with the Vapi Municipal Corporation (VMC) and the Head Office for regulatory compliance and submission of required documentation.

**2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee daily processing activities to achieve production targets and maximize operational efficiency.
- Supervise deployment and utilization of labor and equipment to meet site requirements.
- Ensure quality control of incoming waste materials and outgoing products (e.g., RDF, recyclables) according to company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of processed waste, by-product inventory, production outputs, and sales using prescribed formats.
- Coordinate housekeeping and site hygiene, ensuring the site premises remain clean, safe, and compliant with health and environmental standards.
- Manage operational vehicle logs and prepare detailed shift-wise processing reports for review by management.
- Liaise with the Vapi Municipal Corporation (VMC) and other local authorities to submit required documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide regular operational reports and updates to the Head Office on site performance, issues, and achievements.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders for timely procurement, maintenance, and services to support uninterrupted site operations.

**3. COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS**:
Internal: Collaborate with Head Office teams (operations, technical, and management), on-site staff, and contractors to ensure coordinated site activities.

External: Interact with equipment and service vendors, the Vapi Municipal Corporation (VMC), and other relevant local authorities or community stakeholders as needed for permits, approvals, and site support.

**4. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB**:
**Education**: Graduation (any discipline) preferred; equivalent operational experience in MSW or related field may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.

**Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in municipal solid waste site operations, site management, or a related field, with demonstrated responsibility for production and workforce supervision.

**Skills**:Strong leadership and team management abilities; experience in operations planning and execution; familiarity with waste management regulations and liaison with regulatory authorities; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong reporting and documentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
