Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage all site activities related to sandblasting and painting.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports And arrange relevant manpower as required.
- Manage site resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Site Incharge or in a similar role in the sandblasting and painting industry.
- Strong knowledge of sandblasting and painting techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and subcontractors.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant certifications and safety training are a plus.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sandblasting and painting operations.
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
