Measurement and Billing Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct accurate site measurements for blasting and painting activities.
- Prepare and verify bills and invoices based on the work executed on-site.
- Coordinate with the site supervisor to ensure correct quantities of materials and work completed.
- Maintain thorough records of project progress, measurements, and billing documentation.
- Ensure that all billing and measurement processes comply with company standards and client requirements.
- Assist the project management team in resolving discrepancies related to measurement and billing.
- Collaborate with clients for work verification and approvals.
- Submit regular reports on project measurement and billing status.
- Monitor progress to ensure work completion as per the billing milestones.
- Provide support in contract management and billing reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in abrasive blasting and painting projects.
- Strong knowledge of site measurement techniques and billing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the industrial coatings, blasting, or painting industry.
- Knowledge of client billing systems and documentation standards.
