**Job Summary**:
The Civil Store Incharge will be responsible for managing the inventory of civil construction materials, ensuring the proper storage, issuance, and tracking of goods. This role involves coordinating with site engineers, procurement teams, and vendors to ensure materials are available as per the requirements of ongoing construction projects. The Store Incharge must maintain accurate records, monitor stock levels, and ensure that the materials are used efficiently to avoid wastage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of civil construction materials.
- Maintain an organized and efficient store for civil materials on site.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as required to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Record all incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring proper documentation and updating of inventory systems.
- Verify materials received with purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and suppliers to ensure the timely availability of materials.
- Ensure that materials are stored safely and in a way that prevents damage or deterioration.
- Implement and maintain stock control systems and procedures.
- Ensure that tools and equipment are well-maintained and available when needed.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation of physical stock with records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in preparing reports for material consumption and usage for the ongoing project.
- Liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely procurement of required materials.
- Supervise and train store assistants or other supporting staff, ensuring that they adhere to the required store management practices.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Store Incharge or similar role in civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and stock control systems.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures in the construction industry.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in managing stores in civil construction.
- Experience working with construction teams and project management.

**Salary**: Upto 30k (Based on interview)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
