Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Execution & Site Management:

- Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
- Ensure adherence to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

2. Mechanical Construction & Fabrication:

- Supervise mechanical plant piping, structural fabrication, and erection.
- Manage tank fabrication and erection activities as per project requirements.
- Ensure proper surface preparation and painting work as per industry standards.

3. Manpower & Resource Management:

- Allocate workforce and equipment efficiently for maximum productivity.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely material availability.

4. Safety & Compliance:

- Enforce safety guidelines and ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.
- Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks regularly.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

- Maintain daily progress reports and submit them to the project management team.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective measures proactively.
- Ensure proper documentation of work completion and quality checks.

Key Requirements:

- Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in site management roles within mechanical construction projects.
- Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of piping, structural, and tank fabrication & erection.
- Understanding of welding processes, NDT, and painting standards.
- Familiarity with construction safety norms and quality standards.
- Soft Skills:

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to relocate to different project sites across India.
- Strong adherence to safety and compliance protocols.
