Responsible for driving brand growth and sales through training and sales management. Specializes in enhancing product knowledge in general trade and ensuring efficient lens adaptations through troubleshooting visits. Conducts in-depth product training for internal teams and external partners, focusing on advanced dispensing techniques and higher-end products. Develops strategies to maximize sales by identifying customer needs, setting up client meetings, and implementing effective merchandising and visibility standards across territories. Collaborates closely with internal teams to share insights on competitor activities and market feedback, enabling tailored counter-strategies. Oversees product complaints, ensures timely resolution of billing and credit issues, and maintains strong relationships with key customers to support brand growth and revenue generation.
