We are looking for a **Client Relations Representative Executive** who will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our IT services. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a client-centric approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing timely and effective solutions.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and resolve client issues promptly by coordinating with internal teams.
- **Client Feedback**: Gather client feedback and share insights with the internal team to improve service quality and client experience.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by identifying potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **6 months to 1 year of experience **in a client-facing role (**Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply**).
- **Excellent communication skills** (verbal and written) with the ability to interact with diverse clients.
- Basic understanding of IT products, services, and solutions is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, customer-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
