**Job Summary**
The Customer Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels.
**Duties**
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Collaborate with the sales team to support customer needs effectively
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in client services, phone etiquette, and customer service principles
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Experience in outbound calling and customer support is advantageous
- Excellent typing skills for data entry purposes
Pay: ₹63.00 - ₹100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
