**Job Title**:
HR Associate or Sr. HR Associate, Employee Onboarding - HR Shared Services

**Shift Timings**:
5:00 PM - 02:00 AM IST. Willingness to work from office and stretch when business requires.

**Role Brief**:
This is an Onboarding Associate Role primarily to support our US & Canada regions.
- Create clear policies and employee handbooks that explain company operations.
- Prepare Onboarding Kits
- Gather and process necessary paperwork.
- Coordinate company presentations and product demos
- Inform employees of their first day & first week tasks
- Distribute login credentials, manuals, guidelines as required.
- Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software.
- Assign and assist the New Hires on the mandatory trainings and policies that may need to be completed upon onboarding.
- Address any additional queries that the New Hires may have till they are handed over to the Hiring Managers
- Monitoring onboarding systems to ensure that hiring managers are completing necessary tasks in a timely manner.
- Achieve high level of business partner satisfaction in the onboarding routines.
- Become an expert of the ins and outs of how our gateway works - don’t worry, we’ll train you on this part

**What will you bring in?**
- Fresher with excellent communication and good logical thinking which we can correlate to problem solving ability OR Experienced with Proven 2 - 4 years’ work experience as an HR Onboarding Associate or HR Associate, in a relevant HR role
- Basic knowledge of US labor legislation, Onboarding,
- ** Excellent** verbal and written communication skills, including strong proficiency in English.
- Flair to connect with people across departments/functions (can correlate to college projects collaborations).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Self-managed with little supervision
- Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented

**Academic Background**: Any Graduate
