- SAP SF Recruit & Onboarding Implementation & Support

**Optional Skills**:

- ITIL Knowledge (use of ServiceNow)
- Agile - Knowledge & way of working
- Knowledge on GDPR & SARBOX
- Understanding of project management and resource planning in the context of HRIS systems
- Knowledge on integration between SF and SAP Business Technology Platform.

**Role Description**:

- Experience/ expertise in SAP SuccessFactors - Recruit & Onboarding
- Proven track record in the implementation, support, operations, and maintenance of SF Recruit & Onboarding (minimum of 3 projects/implementations).
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in managing and configuring Recruit, Onboarding and Recruitment Marketing
- Knowledge of integration with other systems like Docusign, ExtWeb etc.,
