**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Marketing Campaigns**:
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote educational products/services.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
- **Lead Generation**:
- Build and maintain a strong database of leads from educational institutions, teachers, students, and educational organizations.
- **Branding & Content**:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and trends in the education sector.
- Use research data to create actionable insights for the sales and marketing teams.
- **Event Planning**:
- Assist in organizing and participating in educational fairs, webinars, conferences, and other promotional events.
- Manage event logistics, materials, and follow-up communications to drive engagement.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer pain points and support the development of tailored marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and digital marketing to deliver comprehensive campaigns.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:
- Track key marketing metrics (e.g., leads, conversion rates, ROI) and provide regular reports to management.
- Analyze data to make data-driven decisions and improve marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
