**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Pune. As a Sales Executive, you will drive our sales efforts, connect with potential clients, and promote our training and coaching services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage prospective clients.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations.
- Build and nurture client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide market insights to enhance sales strategies.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field are preferred, and a Higher School Certificate (HSC) will also be advantageous.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in education or edtech, and Freshers will be preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills is a must.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record in sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

Pay: ₹9,311.13 - ₹35,095.38 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 20% travel

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
