
Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential housing societies for solar rooftop installations.
Build relationships with society committees, management bodies, and residents.
Organize and conduct presentations, demos, and site visits to showcase solar solutions.
Understand client requirements and provide customized solar proposals.
Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales.
Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for seamless project execution.
Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and deal status.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate in local events, exhibitions, and awareness drives related to solar adoption.
Stay updated with government policies, subsidies, and regulatory norms affecting residential solar.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in the solar or energy sector.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
Familiarity with solar energy systems and basic technical know-how is a plus.
Fluent in [local language] and English.
Compensation:
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
Travel and mobile allowances
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
