Fund Accounting Associate

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly accounting activities for assigned funds, including reconciliations, cash and position reconciliations, expense accruals, and income and expense allocations
- Must be comfortable to travel when needed, Can report to the office location when required.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Monitor and report on investment activity and provide insights into portfolio performance
- Work closely with portfolio managers, custodians, and auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of accounting processes
- Assist with other special projects and ad-hoc reporting as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong English communications skill
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment accounting or fund accounting
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with private equity, or hedge fund accounting is a plus

**Shift**: 12:00 PM - 09:00 PM IST / 01:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST - Monday to Friday (Remotely Work)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
