**US Tax Associate**

**Experience required**:3+ years** **in US Taxation

**Shift Timings**:Flexible Shifts, any 8 hours (Excluding Breaks) between **12 PM IST** to **10 PM IST**

**Work Days**:Five days a week (Monday to Friday)

**Work Location**:Full Time -** **Permanent** **Remote/Work from Home
- Accounting Graduate/Post Graduate or any relevant professional accounting degree.
- Preparation of US State and Federal business tax returns and various tax documents
- Assist with preparing and filing franchise tax returns
- Excellent understanding of US Accounting and taxation laws. (Experience with R&D Tax credit, and/or sales & use is a plus)
- Ability to perform tax research to help solve complex client tax issues
- Able to work successfully with tech platforms to complete projects on time, experience with UltraTax and CCH is a plus
- Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Ability to handle multiple client deadlines with a good level of quality
- Ability to multi-task & work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills are necessary
- You have a high degree of personal motivation, work ethic, and professionalism
