**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Utilize Office 365 tools to manage and organize daily tasks and communications.
- Maintain and update records in MS Excel to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in the administration of Workers Comp policies ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Support care management processes by coordinating with healthcare providers and clients.
- Facilitate new business processes by gathering and verifying necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits of policy and care management records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Provide training and support to new team members on processes and tools.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in Bengali both verbally and in writing.
- Adapt to rotational shifts ensuring coverage and support during all operational hours.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Exhibit strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly.
- Show expertise in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
- Possess domain knowledge in Workers Comp
- Care Management Policy Admin and New Business.
- Communicate fluently in Bengali both in reading/writing and speaking.
- Adapt to a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
