Are you looking for an exciting Channel Sales Support Administrator role within a fast-paced working environment?

If so, this is an excellent opportunity to utilise your communication skills and join the friendly Channel Sales Support team working from our HQ in Harrow, London.

The job role requires an enthusiastic, detail oriented individual working in the Channel Sales Support Department. The role involves providing high quality sales support to our Managed Print Solution (PaperCut) Dealer Channel and Channel Partner Managers, located in the UK, Turkey, Central and Western Europe and any other iTS regions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Quoting Customers/Resellers.
- Training new Resellers to generate their own quotations via the Pricing Wizard.
- Sales Process Support.
- Order Process Support.
- Answering incoming dealer sales calls when the given Dealer Manager is unavailable.
- Helping with basic sales queries or taking messages where the request is more complex.
- Testing card readers (_full training will be given_)
- Assisting Partner Sales and Presales to grow the account base and increase partner acquisition.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the back-office team and external partners.
- General Administration.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Fluency in English is a must, any additional languages are highly desireable.
- Team player but with the ability to work independently.
- Effective listening and problem-solving skills.
- Must have good organisational, written and oral communication skills.
- Initiative and the desire to improve constantly.
- Ability to value work and processes and suggest improvements where necessary.
- An active interest in IT and technology.
- Previous customer care experience.
- Some technical knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential as on-going training will be provided.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Understanding of sales support.
