We’re looking for an experienced Operational Support Assistant join our busy Property Services team to provide administrative support in relation to customer feedback, enquiries and complaints.

What you’ll be doing:

- Receive invoices from materials supplier, reconcile with Service Connect data and ensure goods received correctly.
- Assist with the raising of Purchase Orders for the Greatwell Works & Places team using Ebis, taking the position of team ‘ambassador’ for Ebis to ensure we support Greatwell Homes procedure.
- Administrate the organisations Fleet Vehicles. Including but not limited, acting as the first point of contact for any queries, raising repairs, booking for essential maintenance, and liaising with operatives and the insurance team.
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks that may include preparing training documents for Operatives or Sub-contractor, H&S information for Tool box talks and information for new Operatives

About you:

- Experience of working in a busy, customer facing role, achieving successful outcomes in the delivery of services that meet the customer needs.
- Experience of goods received and payment systems and process’
- Able to effectively communicate with customers and understand their needs.
- Effective time management skills. Able to work effectively under pressure, organise priorities.
