**Paralegal**:
Paralegal will provide support to Rocky Mountain Poison & Drug Finance Director, Office of General Counsel & Risk Management, with respect to all duties including contract review. This person will support the Legal department on process improvement, investigation, litigation, and Paralegal support. This position is also responsible for working with the Purchasing Department to develop, implement, and perform contract tracking, review, and completion.
**Location**: Denver, CO
**Terms**: 6 month contract
**Rate**: $30/hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaison between Office of General Counsel contracts division and Purchasing Department
- Develop and implement processes regarding contract review
- Assist Legal Department, including in-house Attorneys with administrative contract management, tracking, preparation, and finalization
- Draft and review contracts under direction of in-house Attorneys
- Assist in claims, litigation, risk management, and general legal support

**Knowledge, Skill, & Abilities**
- Minimum of Associate’s Degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) approved program
- 3+ years of experience with emphasis on contracting or procurement preferred
- Contract management systems experience a plus
- Ability to manage and run reports out of a database
- Paralegal certificate preferred
