Job Responsibilities
- Identify client needs and help client use specific features.
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with clients.
- Follow up with client to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather client feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience of handling client calls.
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
