**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a **Client Support Executive** to assist customers with their **2-Wheeler Electric Vehicle (EV)** experience. The role involves client interactions, issue resolution, deployment coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**: Address client queries, complaints, and service requests related to EV performance, charging, and maintenance.
- **Deployment Assistance**: Coordinate EV delivery, setup, and initial user training.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain long-term relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather user feedback to improve services and product quality.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 0-1 year in customer support, automotive, EV, or related industries.
- **Education**: Graduate in any field.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
