**Job Title**: Client Servicing Executive - Corporate Events

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Support & Relationship Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster repeat business.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.

**Event Planning & Coordination**
- Work with the Client Servicing Manager and internal teams to coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution.
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure client briefs are met.
- Prepare event proposals, presentations, and timelines based on client requirements.
- Monitor event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, and on-site execution.

**Project Management**
- Support the end-to-end management of corporate events such as conferences, seminars, product launches, and employee engagement programs.
- Maintain detailed project plans and ensure all deliverables are on schedule.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.

**Post-Event Analysis**
- Assist in gathering client feedback and preparing post-event reports.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in future projects.

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 2 to 4 years of experience in the events industry, focusing on corporate events.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in supporting corporate event planning and execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
