**Job Summary**:
Autotrade Design Pvt. Ltd., a leading company in the automotive design and manufacturing sector, is seeking an IT Support Executive to oversee day-to-day IT operations. The role involves supporting hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining IT records, and ensuring timely access to IT systems for employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, both remotely and on-site
- Manage and monitor LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide user IDs and passwords to employees as needed, ensuring secure handling and proper authorization
- Ensure regular data backups and help enforce IT and data security protocols
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and document technical issues and solutions
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services and support

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic Linux, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices for password and data protection
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks effectively

**Working Days & Hours**:
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
