Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- E-commerce Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Flipkart, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms to maximize ROI by effectively managing ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and overall campaign performance.
- Budget Management: Handle and allocate a minimum advertising budget of INR 2 lakhs, ensuring efficient utilization for increased conversions and sales.
- Inventory Management: Oversee and manage product inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
- Product Listing & Catalog Management: Maintain and update product listings, including content optimization, pricing strategies, and keyword enhancement to improve search rankings and visibility.
- MIS Reporting: Generate and maintain daily MIS reports to track sales, inventory, and ad performance. - Advanced Excel: Work extensively on Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
- FBA & FBF Operations: Manage and optimize Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by Flipkart (FBF) processes to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for growth strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors' strategies, pricing, and product performance to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and supply chain to drive e-commerce success. Qualifications & Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, specifically in ad campaign management on Flipkart, Amazon, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of ACOS, ROAS, CPC (Cost Per Click), and other key performance metrics.
- Experience in inventory management, product listing, and catalog optimization. - Proficiency in Advanced Excel, data analysis tools, and marketplace analytics dashboards. - Experience in FBA & FBF operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
