**Key Functions**
- Do not lie.
- Have to lead all the functions of the E-commerce department.
- Motivate the team and give the best result possible.
- Ensure the smooth running of day to day operations.
- Follow up and have the work executed with our Out-sourced partners.
- Execute logistics and also technology updations.
- Find new things in Digital and implement it as soon as possible to increase the results.
- Create and prepare SOP and ensure the team follows the same and reports the same.
- Provide performance reports, planning reports, attitude and new projects report to the seniors from time to time.
- Prepare an action plan for the team for 1 the coming month, quarter and execute the same.
- Provide necessary support and requirements for the team to work and increase efficiency.
- It's the prime responsibility of the manager to ensure all the associates are following the correct SOP given and ensure that they don't find and do the way with shortcuts.
- Work with the Digital marketing team to make sure that all the marketing activity is done on time.
- Have a look at the website time to time to find out bugs and get it solved with the help of technical team immediately.

Min - 3 years of work experience as a Team leader/manager
- Good/Medium GPA
- Background and interested in E-commerce and leading the team
- Hard-working and Adaptability & leadership qualities
- Willingness to learn new technology
- Proficient with computers usage
- Experienced in E-commerce operation, Digital marketing
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi/Telugu/Malayalam/Kannada a plus).

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
