**Scope of Work**:

- Experienced and detail-oriented professional as an e-commerce Accounts Reconciliation Specialist.
- He /She will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient reconciliation of financial transactions related to our e-commerce operations.
- The primary focus will be for sales reconciliation, refunds, payments, and other related activities to maintain the integrity of our financial records.

**Skills & Expertise Expected**
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart,) and payment gateways.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and reconciliation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Solid knowledge of financial accounting principles and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Reconcile E-commerce Sales**:
Match sales data from various e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, flipkart, Jio etc ) with internal sales records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

**Monitor Payment Gateways**:
Perform regular reconciliations of payment gateway transactions, including credit card payments, digital wallets, and other online payment methods.

**Handle Refunds and Returns**:
Verify and reconcile refund and return transactions, ensuring accurate adjustments to the financial records and appropriate documentation.

**Track Discrepancies**:
Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to rectify any issues and prevent future discrepancies.

**Financial Reporting**:
Prepare periodic reports summarizing the reconciliation results, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations for process improvements.

**Process Improvement**:
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate the reconciliation process, suggesting enhancements to systems, tools, and procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

**Compliance and Audit Support**:
Assist in providing documentation and supporting materials for financial audits and regulatory compliance requirements related to e-commerce transactions.

**Stay Updated**:
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and changes in e-commerce platforms and payment gateways, ensuring the adoption of relevant updates in the reconciliation process.

**Salary**: ₹12,066.42 - ₹52,340.70 per month
