Key Responsibilities
- **Financial Oversight**: Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- **Reporting**: Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Prepare financial forecasts, projections, and annual budgets, and monitor variances against budgets to initiate corrective actions.
- **Auditing & Compliance**: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
- **Financial Systems**: Develop, implement, and maintain financial accounting systems and internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- **Staff Management**: Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff to foster a skilled and motivated team.
- **Strategic Contributions**: Provide recommendations for financial and operational improvements and advise senior management on fiscal policies to support strategic planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Education**: Often requires a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with specific sector experience (e.g., real estate) sometimes required.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, financial analysis, and tax management. Experience with financial software like SAP is often a plus.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong leadership, managerial, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration are also important for this role.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
