Working on a high-growth trajectory, Indospirit is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual in its Compliance team. As a member of the function, he/she will make a significant contribution to the direction of the Legal and Compliance function.

**What you will do day-to-day**?

The person will be responsible for the financial management of the organization. Considering the size of the company, the finance manager performs a wide range of responsibilities which includes, but are not limited to:

- Managing the financial reporting for the organisation
- Managing and overseeing the company’s financial systems
- Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Payroll and Financial Accounting functions
- Overseeing the preparation of Bank, Inter Company reconciliations, Sales and Purchase reconciliations
- Ensuring tax compliances including TDS, GST, Excise, VAT etc.
- Overseeing the compliance with statutory liabilities - PF/PT/ESIC/Leave encashment/Gratuity
- Regular Ledger scrutiny and ensuring the correct accounting treatment of all Incomes and Expenses
- Reviewing the Fixed Asset Register for correctness and completeness
- Ensuring the compliance with provisions of Companies Act in case of loans/advances to/from related parties
- Monitoring Inventory at regular intervals
- Fund flow statement
- Monthly / Quarterly MIS
- Facilitating the Statutory Audit function

**What are we looking for?**
- Should have knowledge of Accounting Standards and provisions of Companies Act, 2013
- Min 3 years of experience in Audit & similar functions
- Good communication skills
