We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Officer to work with our Sales and Marketing team for smooth running of business. She will be responsible to prepare quotation, order management, client relationship, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
- Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handling inquiries and sorting mail.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
- Performing other administrative tasks, if required.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Bengaluru - 560102, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
