An Academic Coordinator is responsible for overseeing academic programs and initiatives within an educational institution. Key responsibilities include:
- **Curriculum Development**: Collaborating with faculty to develop and update academic programs, courses, and curriculum materials to align with institutional goals and educational standards.
- **Student Support**: Providing guidance and support to students regarding academic requirements, course selection, and academic policies to facilitate their academic success.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinating class schedules, room assignments, and examination timetables to optimize resource utilization and minimize conflicts.
- **Faculty Management**: Participating in recruiting, interviewing, and mentoring adjunct faculty, and recommending adjunct faculty for appointment by the Academic Administrator.
- **Data Analysis**: Collecting and analyzing data to prepare reports for external review and to improve academic outcomes.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and regulations.
- **Program Quality**: Reviewing and assisting part-time faculty with the development, revision, and refinement of course outlines to maintain program quality.
- **Communication**: Facilitating effective communication and collaboration through monthly department meetings and other means.
- **Budget Management**: Managing budgets and creating and maintaining databases related to academic programs.
- **Student Advising**: Consulting with students on academic and behavioral issues, and providing advisement on collaborative success plans.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
