Reasoning Trainer

**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Reasoning Trainer** to deliver engaging and effective training sessions in **Verbal, Non-Verbal, and Analytical Reasoning**. The trainer will prepare students for various competitive exams, school/college assessments, and skill development programs by improving their logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on reasoning topics (verbal, non-verbal, analytical, logical).
- Design lesson plans, practice worksheets, quizzes, and mock tests based on exam patterns.
- Teach and simplify concepts such as coding-decoding, puzzles, series, syllogism, directions, blood relations, number ranking, and more.
- Prepare students for competitive exams like SSC, Banking, RRB, CAT, GRE, UPSC, Campus Placements, etc.
- Track student performance and provide personalized feedback for improvement.
- Continuously update content based on changes in exam trends and difficulty levels.
- Support students with doubt clarification and mentoring sessions.
- Coordinate with academic and content teams for scheduling and curriculum updates.
- Conduct assessment tests and maintain reports for individual progress.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferably in Mathematics, Engineering, or Education).
- Proven experience as a Reasoning or Aptitude Trainer (minimum 1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent command over reasoning topics and teaching methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with digital tools (PowerPoint, LMS, online teaching platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in preparing students for competitive exams.
- Familiarity with question paper patterns of SSC, Bank, RRB, CAT, etc.
- Ability to create reasoning content and test materials.

**Compensation**:
As per industry standards / Based on experience

Academic Head / Training Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,694.95 per month
