Role Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Reasoning Trainer to deliver engaging and effective training sessions in Verbal Non-Verbal and Analytical Reasoning The trainer will prepare students for various competitive exams school college assessments and skill development programs by improving their logical thinking and problem-solving abilities Key Responsibilities Conduct classroom and or online training sessions on reasoning topics verbal non-verbal analytical logical Design lesson plans practice worksheets quizzes and mock tests based on exam patterns Teach and simplify concepts such as coding-decoding puzzles series syllogism directions blood relations number ranking and more Prepare students for competitive exams like SSC Banking RRB CAT GRE UPSC Campus Placements etc Track student performance and provide personalized feedback for improvement Continuously update content based on changes in exam trends and difficulty levels Support students with doubt clarification and mentoring sessions Coordinate with academic and content teams for scheduling and curriculum updates Conduct assessment tests and maintain reports for individual progress Requirements Bachelor s degree in any discipline Preferably in Mathematics Engineering or Education Proven experience as a Reasoning or Aptitude Trainer minimum 1-3 years preferred Excellent command over reasoning topics and teaching methodologies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with digital tools PowerPoint LMS online teaching platforms like Zoom Google Meet etc Passion for teaching and mentoring students Preferred Qualifications Experience in preparing students for competitive exams Familiarity with question paper patterns of SSC Bank RRB CAT etc Ability to create reasoning content and test materials Compensation As per industry standards Based on experience Reporting To Academic Head Training Manager Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 40 694 95 per month Benefits Paid time off Language English Required Work Location In person
