Managing office operations: Ensuring the smooth running of the office by overseeing day-to-day activities
- Scheduling: Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and arranging conferences and events
- Organizing records: Maintaining and organizing office records, including filing, archiving, and data entry
- Supporting staff: Providing administrative support to staff and management
- Greeting clients: Greeting clients and customers in person or by phone
- Ordering supplies: Ordering office supplies to ensure resources are available when needed
- Liaising with others: Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and staff in other departments
- Taking minutes: Taking minutes at meetings
- Arranging travel: Arranging travel and accommodation

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
