
Office Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive University Administrator to oversee administrative operations and support academic and non-academic departments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, provide effective coordination between departments, and maintain compliance with university policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, documentation, and record keeping.
- Coordinate with faculty, staff, and students to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Oversee scheduling of meetings, events, classrooms, and university facilities.
- Handle student inquiries and provide support services related to admissions, academics, and examinations.
- Assist in policy implementation, compliance monitoring, and university reporting requirements.
- Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to institutional standards.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, vendors, and government bodies when required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official communications for management.
- Support budgeting, procurement, and inventory management processes.
- Contribute to maintaining a professional, student-friendly, and efficient campus environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
