Title: Voice Support Executive - Domestic Voice Process
Shift Timing: Fixed Shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Working Days: 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday fixed offs)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle queries related inbound calls with precision and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service in a domestic voice process setting.
- Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Maintain accuracy and adhere to company policies and industry standards.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and with excellence.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Minimum qualification: HSC/Graduated.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
