Deliver through team Service Excellence.

Ensure contractual obligations to customer base are met ensuring consistently high standards of workmanship are delivered.

Ensure the customers hygiene needs are met by pest control/ Hygiene technicians by recommending appropriate solutions

Supporting technicians through training, coaching and field accompaniment

Oversee the resourcing, deployment and development of technician

Ensure the teams are complying with the latest Health & Safety, Environmental and Pesticide usage regulations

Ensure 100% Service Docket submission before end the month

Preparing Premises Monthly Observation reports.

Monitoring service activity in Site base and Route base

Ensure 98% Revocation of monthly churn.

Ensure 99% Retentions in High Value Customers.
