- Closure of helpdesk complaints.
- Prepare staff attendance check and validation.
- Maintaining the records of Stationeries issued and balance stock report.
- Handle mailroom and resolve all the mailroom issues.
- Maintaining attendance registers for Housekeeping.
- Maintaining Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports for Helpdesk works.Providing Information To Residents about local Features such

as Restaurant ,Grocery Store, Club, Spa, Salon, GYM, Swimming

Pool, Laundrys etc.

Perform Office Duties on a Temporary Basis When Needed.

Manage the Data of Residents and Department

Lodge The Complains on Company website Apartment ADDA of

Residents regarding Maintenance.

Co-ordination with managers of Other Departments.

Making Reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly basis).

**Salary**: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
