Job Description:
We are hiring a Helpdesk Executive with minimum 2 years of IT support/helpdesk experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming support calls/emails.
- Log and assign tickets to relevant engineers.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting support.
- Maintain reports and track issue closure.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in IT/Computer Science.
- 2+ years of helpdesk experience.
- Good communication & customer handling skills.
Salary: 3.5 LPA
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹161, ₹350,305.75 per year
