
Inside Sales Representative

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, understand their business needs, and present our telecommunications solutions effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our telecommunications products and services.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to ensure win-win outcomes and maximize sales opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services, including voice, data, internet, and cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, cold call, and generate new business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and constantly evolving sales environment.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
