Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced and high-performing **Senior Inside Sales Executive** to join our Online MBA admissions team. The role demands excellent communication, proven sales skills, and the ability to handle high-value leads while supporting and mentoring junior counselors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Counsel prospective students and guide them through the Online MBA admission process.
- Manage and convert high-quality leads into successful admissions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Support junior Inside Sales Counselors by sharing best practices and handling escalated cases.
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective admission strategies.
- Represent the organization with professionalism and ensure a positive student experience.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **2-4 years of Inside Sales experience** in education/Online MBA sales.
- Strong knowledge of the **Online MBA admissions/sales process**.
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Hindi**, with neutral accent (no MTI).
- Proven track record of being **target-oriented** and result-driven.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working **extended hours** when required.
- Willingness to work **6 days a week**.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
