The Finance and Office Administration Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities as well as managing administrative tasks within the office. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong financial acumen and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management:
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and tax filings.
- Forecast cash flow positions and ensure funds are available for business operations.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets.
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
- Forecast financial trends and assist in long-term financial planning.
- Office Administration:
- Oversee office operations and procedures, including maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate office activities and events, such as meetings, conferences, and team-building exercises.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure a well-functioning office environment.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Professional certifications in Latest Accounting Practices will be a plus
- Proven experience (5+ years) in financial management and office administration roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
