Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Dahisar East
Experience: 1 or 2 year
**Responsibilities**:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying trends and proposing proactive solutions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of customer support resources, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and industry trends.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
**Requirements**:
- Proven 1 or 2 years of experience as a Customer Support Executive or similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support.
- Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Pharma industry is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
