- Handle inbound calls relevant to customer's complaints.
- Taking complaints & Assign that to the concern team / dept.
- Coordinate / follow up with the concerned department, for complaint closing.

**Minimum 12th Pass with Good communication.**
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
**Experience**:
