**Role Overview**
As a **Customer Care Executive**, you will be the voice of Organik Truck, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Order Coordination**:
Collect and consolidate customer orders from our website and WhatsApp, and accurately share them with the operations team for timely dispatch.
- **Customer Outreach**:
Call existing and lapsed customers to assist with placing orders, understand their concerns, and encourage continued engagement with our services.
- **Payment Follow-ups**:
Track and follow up on outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections and resolving any payment-related queries.
- **Issue Resolution**:
Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints or issues—whether it’s missing items, delivery delays, or product concerns—and coordinate resolutions promptly.
- **Operations Liaison**:
Work closely with the operations team to ensure that special customer requests (like delivery timing, product preferences, or packaging needs) are noted and executed.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:
Maintain up-to-date customer records, track order history, and use this data to offer personalized service and recommendations.
- **Feedback Collection**:
Gather customer feedback regularly to help improve our products, services, and delivery experience.
- **Process Improvement**:
Suggest improvements in customer service processes to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or food/grocery sectors.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
- A customer-first attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
