**Position Overview**:
The Customer Care Representative is the first point of contact for our customers and is responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed product information to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed information about Crimzon's products, promotions, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience and address concerns.
- Stay updated on Crimzon's product lines and current trends in women’s footwear.
- Suggest ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Meta Business Suite and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fashion and familiarity with Crimzon's brand values.

**Work Environment**:

- Regular Office Environment with occasional administrative duties.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
